Unlike many of the how-to information reports sold online, these products have nothing to do with get-rich-quick schemes. These PDF downloads and information products are practical, packed with substance and details and backed by real-world expertise. Their primary audience is professionals and entrepreneurs who are already successful and want to improve their marketing or writing skills.

Not everyone is approved as an affiliate for the program. When applying, you need to provide your web site URL so that we can make sure there's a good match between your audience and tone and Marcia's product line. You receive notification of your approval or disapproval in one business day, along with instructions for getting started as an affiliate.

To help you promote my products, you also receive a library of more than 20 articles of mine you can reprint in your ezine or on your web site that create interest in particular infoproducts or reports of mine.

The affiliate program, in a nutshell

Let's assume you have a web site that already appeals to a business, professional or entrepreneurial audience. By adding links that bring visitors to my web site, you earn commissions when any such visitor buys one of the products included in my affiliate program.

And as long as your publication is opt-in or permission-only, you can run offers for these products in your email newsletter. You're credited with the commission even if the visitor does not buy immediately, but buys up to one year after the initial visit! And likewise if a satisfied customer comes back within a year to purchase additional products.

How much will I earn?
You receive 40 percent of what your site visitors spend on all downloadable reports and 20 percent of what they spend on infoproducts, which consist of tangible manuals and/or CDs sent by mail. Of course, I make no promises about your earnings potential from participating in this program, since your success largely depends on your relationship with your customer base.

How frequent are the payouts?
Checks are cut the first of each month, or the first business day after that if the first day falls on a weekend. The minimum payout is $20.00. This means that every month, if your not-yet-paid commission total is at least $20.00, you receive a check. You may request to be paid via Paypal rather than by check - an option especially convenient for those who live outside the United States.

How can we be sure we'll get credit for visitors' sales?
This affiliate program is managed by 1AutomationWiz, a company with years of seasoning in this business. When you send a customer to find out more about the reports in this affiliate program using the link we give you, 1AutomationWiz places a specially coded "cookie" on that customer's computer. When the customer then buys within 365 days, you receive credit for the purchase.

Please note that my paperback books and consulting services are not included in the affiliate program - but people who purchase those items tend to buy items included in the program as well.

You receive an email notification of each affiliate purchase through one of your links. At the beginning of each month, I (Marcia Yudkin) have the responsibility of paying you what you've earned. Will I be able to check my current and past sales whenever I want?
Definitely. You'll have a login name and password enabling you to check on recent and cumulative sales, commissions paid and owed to you, etc. This is not left to blind trust!

Are there any terms and conditions to be aware of?
The primary rule you need to abide by is NO SPAM. You may not include your affiliate link within any piece of unsolicited email. Spamming gets you expelled from the program, immediately and permanently.

Do you have any tips for success as an affiliate?
My experience is that more people may respond to an enthusiastic endorsement in an email newsletter than to the same message at a web site. In addition, it's important that your recommendation be stated in your own words.

Suppose we want to promote just one of your products specifically?
Whenever you want, you can link directly to the marketing page for a product. Using your affiliate username and password, you can quickly and easily retrieve the link for a particular product page. In that instance, of course, you also receive commissions if such a customer buys additional reports or infoproducts, whether at the same time or later.

Do I get the names and email addresses of people who buy through my link?
No. That would be a violation of my privacy policy, which says that no personal information, including purchases and email addresses, is given to third parties.

Who is eligible to join this affiliate program?
Anyone who already has a web site can apply to join. I take a look at your site to make sure of a reasonable compatibility between your site visitors and possible interest in my products. It is in your interest and mine to ensure a good match that sends me appropriate traffic. I reserve the right to reject any applicant for any reason.

Does it cost money to join this affiliate program?
Absolutely not! You need to apply and be approved, but there is no fee to join. It's a risk-free opportunity to earn extra income.

May I buy through my own affiliate link?
No. You see, I have an even better arrangement for you. When you have earned more than $300 in affiliate commissions through this program, from time to time you receive opportunities for free review copies of new products, sometimes before the products are released to the general public. Just how often this will happen is unpredictable, but it's definitely a privilege for affiliates who have proven they can sell.

Why does the application ask for my Social Security number or tax ID?
This affiliate program is a legal means of making money. Like any other legitimate business, we report affiliate payments to the Internal Revenue Service when your earnings surpass $600 in any calendar year. If you live outside the U.S., simply ignore the tax I.D. request.
